How can I purchase online?
Never buy prescription hearing aids online via a shopping cart. Always see a local Ear, Nose, and Throat Doctor first. They will test your hearing, and check your ears for any medical issues. After they offer you their aids for $6800, say thank you, get a copy of your test and send it to us (e-mail or text) and we will discuss your best options with you. We then program your aids of choice, and overnight them to you (free shipping).
What are your prices?
We offer hearing aids at 50% off national average prices for significant savings. We have aids that start at just $695 each all the way up to $1995.Please see our "Prices" Page. Sometimes the manufacturers demand that we advertise prices that are higher than our actual price (gotta keep those local audiologists happy!) so always call to get the actual price (Politics!).
Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we have a flexible 45 day return policy for customer satisfaction.
How do I adjust my hearing aids?
The aids come with a volume control, either manually or via the phone app. If you want a sound quality adjustment, we can do that over the phone, or through the mail.
Can I get support after purchase?
Yes, our customer service team is available to assist you anytime Monday through Friday 9am to 5 pm Mountain Time.
Are consultations available?
Yes, we offer free consultations to help you choose the best hearing solutions. But we need your hearing test results (audiogram) before we can make an actual recommendation.
